About LSSW

LSSW is a not-for-profit Charitable Trust, formed and governed by leading Teaching Schools to provide leadership training for teachers across the South West of England.

LSSW is a Department for Education Accredited Provider of National Professional Qualifications : NPQML [National Professional Qualification for Middle Leaders], NPQSL [National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders], NPQH [National Professional Qualifications for Headteachers].

Our purpose is clear: to develop outstanding school leaders who raise standards of achievement. Our programmes are designed and led by experienced school leaders for aspiring leaders. Excellent school leaders, at all levels, are critical to ensuring that every pupil can unlock their full potential.
